AM- 2.4 miles. We did the short version of Apple Grove even though we had extra time.
PM- 1.05 warm up then .75 of speed drills followed by 16 minutes of 30 30. I was hitting around 5:10 on the hard and hit 2.6. Barefoot mile cool down then stretched and did abs. We got our relay team and in leg order it's Jared, me, Brian, Ali, Riley. Shoutout to my Kinvara Seniors for hitting 400 miles today.
