Get some good mileage this summer. Better relationships with the team.

Just putting that state qualifying 1600 time because I would love to run at state. It's going to take a lot so I'm just going to train like crazy. If you have any tips let me know.


I run Cross Country and Track for PGHS. I'm a senior. If you ever want to run I'm probably down to go with you.

PM- 9.05 miles. Jared and I had a nice trail run to Dry Canyon and also found a snake that Jared named Randall or something. I got a bloody nose with about 2.5 miles left so that was interesting. It was probably weird for people looking at me as we ran down 200 South because I had blood on my stomach.
