AM- 1 mile. Just ran on the treadmill for a little shake out. The scenery was incredible!
Mile warm up before the 800 at BYU. Raced the 800 and got a PR. Did a little running before the 2 mile and ran a 10:45 which I wasn't happy about. Then I ran the third leg of the 4xlap which was pretty fun. Not really sure what my mileage was for the day.
